Month of Wedding Coordination

Do you need a combo of pre-wedding consulting and day-of execution? My month-of package is perfect for couples who want the experience of planning parts of their wedding, but who may choose to delegate key elements of the planning process to a professional.  

This package is completely customized for each couple, but services in this package can include:

 • Unlimited consultation leading up to your big day (including 3 in-person consultations)
• Vendor recommendations to build out the remainder of your team, as needed
• Master timeline generation (including personalized timelines for each vendor and VIP grouping)
•Individualized scheduling: transportation/travel, hair/makeup, photo shot list
 • Vendor relations, communications, and final payment (including tips)
 • Print collateral management (programs, place cards, escort cards, menu cards, welcome bag information)
 • Performer management (musicians, singers, readers, emcees)
 • Decor setup supervision at both ceremony and reception
 • Ceremony development (order of events, reading suggestions, reference materials)
 • Onsite supervision of the wedding rehearsal (day prior, if needed) and ALL aspects of the wedding day  (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc.) across ALL locations. This includes:
 • Ensuring timeline of your wedding is followed
 • Troubleshooting any last-minute emergencies that may arise during the event
 • Cueing speakers, musicians/DJs, attendees for all key moments (processional, toasts, formal dances, etc.)
 • Collaborating with all vendors to ensure all important moments are being executed

Initial consultations are always complimentary - I’ll get to know you both as a couple and your wedding details & priorities, then put together a custom proposal to meet all of your needs! Based on a variety of factors, most couples should expect to invest $1,500-3,000 for my services. 

Small Business Events

Do you own your own business and want to see some fresh faces walk in the door? Or would you like to tell your current customers ‘Thank you” by hosting an amazing event to celebrate their loyalty? I’m here to help you throw an event celebrating your business. Each package is customized with details on how to best organize your event and reach your goals. We’ll sit down and plan out the budget, activities and other details. Each event is completely customized and tailored to your business and clients and will include (but not limited to):

 • Unlimited consultation leading up to your event (2 in-person meetings)
 • Vendor recommendation and organization 
 • Individualized marketing materials for social media and/or printing 
 • Location development and decor
 • Menu creation and execution  
 • Onsite supervision of event from set up to tear down

I can get to know you and your business while we line out the goals of your event, and then create a custom proposal for my services. Most businesses should expect to invest $500-1,500 for my services. Factors include, but are not limited to, group size, marketing time and investment, length and location set up.

Group Classes

I initially started my business to teach women how to enjoy entertaining. I have always loved throwing a good party and realized so many of my friends hated the idea of organizing it, but loved the connection it brought. That’s where I come in. We can sit down and choose a class to offer for you and a group of friends, coworkers or family members. We can make charcuterie arrangements, cocktails, dessert boards, you name it! Show me what you found on Pinterest and let’s make it happen. Each event will include:

 • Unlimited consultation prior to the event (1-2 in-person meetings)
 • Individualized plan for event/skill we will be covering
 • Material procurement 
 • Decor and set-up 1-2 hours prior to event 
 • Vendor recommendation and organization, if needed 
 • Location decor and development

If you’re ready to set up a class, let’s chat! Initial consultations are always complimentary. We will outline what skills you are looking to learn during your class and I will create a custom proposal for my services, as well as any product/materials you would like me to provide. Each event will be tailored to your needs and is flexible depending on materials, class size and time, but clients should expect to invest $50-100 per person. 

Custom Events

Are you celebrating a milestone birthday? Throwing a baby shower for your daughter-in-law? I love helping clients celebrate the special people in their lives! We’ll meet and discuss your goals and budget for your planned event. I love digging a little deeper into a celebration and finding out special details and ways to make the day super memorable. We’ll outline a plan for your special day and then I’ll create a personalized proposal for my services, which will include, but not limited to:

 • Unlimited consultations prior to the event (1-2 in-person meetings)
 • Individualized plan for event 
 • Material procurement, as needed
 • Decor plan
 • Location set up
 • Vendor recommendation and organization, as needed 
 • Printed material organization (signs, favors, games, etc)
